Holder details, letters, debt collection. One portal for your cases in Europe.
EUVIRA brings holder identification and claims management together in one portal. The services themselves are delivered by partners licensed in the respective country. You keep costs, process and data under control from start to finish. Currently available in Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
From registration number to payment.
Three services, one case, one reference. You decide which of them to book per file or per inquiry.
- 01
Holder details
You provide the registration number, the country and the reason. We file the inquiry with the register of the country of registration and deliver the holder's name and address to your portal.
- 02
Letter
A partner in the holder's country writes in the holder's language, stating your claim and your reference. Dispatch and proof of posting appear in the case.
- 03
Debt collection
If payment does not arrive, a debt collection partner in the holder's country takes over. Progress sits in the same case as the inquiry, not in a second system.

Example with demo data.
Two sides, one portal.
Whoever asks and whoever delivers works in the same case. Both see the same thing: status, deadline, price.
For businesses with a claim
- Cost transparency: what a case costs is fixed before you submit it. Fair prices per country and service.
- Control: for every case you see what actually happens towards the holder and decide which steps follow.
- Data protection: throughout the process you know where the data is and what happens to it.
For providers in the country
- You receive your country's cases bundled in the provider portal, with all details and evidence.
- You return results as a file; every row is checked before it reaches the customer.
- The expected turnaround per country is agreed and measured. Billing is per completed case.
Where we file inquiries today.
For every country we work with a provider that is licensed there and knows the register. Countries we are currently connecting are marked as in progress.

You have the full picture from the first case.
Every case has a reference, a status and a price. You see what is open, what has come back and what the month costs. None of it sits in e-mails.

- 01Overview: open and completed inquiries, costs and results for the selected month.
- 02Inquiries: every case with country, registration number, status and price, filterable by status and period.
- 03Case: master data, the history from submission to result, and the holder details received.
Views of the customer portal with demo data.
File
Upload an Excel or CSV file, check the preview, submit. Mixed countries in one file are fine.
Form
Create single cases directly in the portal, with plate validation and the price before you submit.
API
Create and retrieve cases from your own system. Results come back by webhook on request.
For businesses with a claim against a vehicle holder.
You have the registration number. You are missing the address. Without it there is no invoice and no reminder.
Car parks
Parking violations on managed sites. The contractual penalty needs someone to address it to.
Law firms and collection agencies
You handle claims for clients. The holder's address abroad is usually the first thing missing.
Insurers and fleets
An accident involving a foreign vehicle. To settle the claim, you need the holder.
Toll operators
Toll violations by vehicles that are not registered in your own country.
Transparency, control, data protection.
- Legitimate interest only
- Holder details are never released without a reason. You state it for each case, for example a parking violation or an accident, and we record it.
- Checks before activation
- We verify your business against a commercial register extract and activate your account afterwards. Holder details go only to those entitled to request them.
- Price before you submit
- What a case costs is fixed before you submit it: per country and service, in the form and in the file preview. Nothing appears on the invoice that you have not seen beforehand.
- Deadlines per country
- Every country has an expected turnaround in days, agreed with the local provider. It is shown in the form and in the case. We see overruns in monitoring and follow up.
- Control over every step
- In the case you see what happens towards the holder: request, answer, letter, collection. No step without your order, and you decide how you appear towards the holder.
- Data protection throughout
- Holder details sit with the case in your portal, processed in Frankfurt. You always know where the data is and what happens to it. Retention and deletion follow fixed periods set out in the privacy policy.
Questions we are asked.
What is EUVIRA?
EUVIRA is a platform for vehicle holder inquiries in Europe. Businesses with a claim against a vehicle holder submit the registration number and receive the holder's name and address from the country of registration. A letter and debt collection can be added to the same case.
Which countries can I file inquiries in?
Available: Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. In progress: none at the moment. The list on this page comes straight from our system and is always current.
Who is allowed to request holder details?
They sit with the case in the portal and can be exported. Retention and deletion follow fixed periods set out in the privacy policy. The case itself remains with plate, status, reason and costs.
How long does an inquiry take?
That depends on the register of the country in question. For every country we state an expected duration in days, in the list above and in the portal when you create the case.
What does an inquiry cost?
The price is set per country and service and shown in the portal before you submit. Whatever appears on the invoice, you have seen beforehand. For your volume we agree the terms with you.
How do I submit cases?
One at a time in the form, in bulk as an Excel or CSV file with a preview, or from your own system through the API. For files we check every row before submission and show what is missing.
What happens to the holder details?
They sit in the portal with the case and can be exported. We delete them automatically 90 days after they arrive. The case itself remains, with registration number, status, reason and costs.
How do I become a provider for a country?
Tell us through the form which country and which service you deliver. After review you get access to the provider portal, where your country's cases arrive bundled and results go back as a file.
Does EUVIRA handle letters and debt collection as well?
Yes, through partners in the holder's country. You choose the services per file or per inquiry. Status and proof appear in the same case as the inquiry.
Get in touch.
